Returns & Refunds

All items are final sale and non-refundable, because the pieces are personalized and made to order.

No returns or exchanges, except if an item is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

• Standard products: if you receive a faulty, incorrect, or mechanically problematic item, contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. Approved returns must be in original condition, with proof of purchase, and shipped tracked at the buyer's expense. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
• Custom orders: custom orders are final sale, unless defective or not as agreed. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Defective or incorrect custom items may be remedied by replacement or repair.
